• 协助完成文件受控、记录核查、供应商档案与组件图纸的日常维护。
• 配合跟进偏差、变更、CAPA、客诉、退货等事项的处理进度 。

• 协助质量数据的收集整理，以及年报、自查报告等监管申报材料的准备。
• 协助法规/标准等外来文件的整理与质量培训的组织。
• 完成主管交办的其他日常支持工作。

• Assist with document control activities, including maintenance of controlled documents, review of records for completeness and accuracy, and upkeep of supplier files and component drawings.
• Support tracking and follow-up of quality events, including deviations, change controls, CAPAs, customer complaints and product returns, to ensure timely closure of action items.
• Facilitate cross-departmental documentation and information exchange, including liaison with contract manufacturers.
• Compile and maintain quality data, and assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions, including annual reports and self-inspection reports.
• Assist in the administration of external documents, such as applicable laws, regulations and standards, and support the coordination of quality training activities.
• Perform other routine duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
