Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Program Coordination & Tracking
- Support and track progress for key initiatives such as UpsellGuru, eLearning, Rate Parity Score monitoring, and STR competitor evaluations.
Communications & Newsletter Development
- Assist with the design, preparation, and distribution of Revenue Bytes and other internal communications/newsletters.
Project & Administrative Support
- Provide operational, analytical, and administrative support to the Revenue Management team, including ad hoc tasks and special projects as required.
Onboarding & Systems Support
- Assist with onboarding new colleagues, including system access setup, application access, and shared folder permissions.
Data Validation & Reporting
- Support inventory data validation, monitor dashboard submissions, and consolidate reports for properties using non-official PMS platforms.
SharePoint & Dashboard Maintenance
- Maintain SharePoint content and perform enhancement testing and validation for Power BI dashboards and BI models.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma in Business Management, Business IT, Data Analytics, or Hospitality & Tourism Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PPT) and experience in dashboards (PowerBI) preferred
- Commercially minded individual with a good sense of numbers, comfortable with analysing data and maintaining high-quality dashboards
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, support onboarding activities, follow up with clusters, and assist with internal communications and newsletters.
