• Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, draft letters, Assist with meeting coordination, documentation, vendor management, gifting logistics, and internal reporting.
• Project Support: Assist in managing end-to-end partnership campaigns internal and external stakeholders, project coordination and focusing more on operation and administration aspects.
• Campaign Reporting: Collect and organize campaign data, prepare post-campaign reports using Excel and Pivot Tables, and create PowerPoint presentations to summarize results.
• Research Support: Conduct research on potential partners, stakeholders, and relevant events.

Minimum Requirements : 

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and Pivot Tables, and PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt quickly to changes. 
• Detail-oriented, proactive, well-organized, and eager to learn.
• Creative, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude and comfortable participating in content creation when needed.
• Able to commit to an internship period (minimum 3–6 months preferred) physically.

Experience and Qualifications : 

• Degree or Studying in business or social sciences or English Language.
• Proficiency in using MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint software.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting through academic coursework or projects.
• Personal maturity and the ability to interact with a variety of people, including at the highest level.
