Job Description
Responsibilities
• Assist to liaise with tenants on outstanding fit out submission after renovation
• Assist to prepare documents for Environment Health and Sustainability audit
• Assist in the preparation of Capex work for 2026
• Upkeep day to day operations including corrective and preventive maintenance
• Conduct daily site walks with cleaning supervisors and technicians to ensure cleanliness and identify building defects
• Assist in compiling a new list of M&E equipment
• Support other Operation matters or ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Facilities Management, or any other related disciplines
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Prior knowledge in Facilities Management
• Detail oriented and meticulous
