Job Description

You will work closely with the HR team to support core HR processes and assist with projects such as recruitment, reporting, and staff engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide recruitment support, including candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.

• Assist in HR projects such as attrition analysis, annual staff engagement surveys, or other people-related initiatives

• Support HR operations, including staff transfers, offboarding, exit interviews, and basic HR reporting.

• Help plan and organize staff engagement activities and events

• Contribute to process improvement tasks and assist in preparing HR data reports and presentation materials

• Provide general administrative support, including staff requisition forms, recruitment tracking, invoice processing, and responding to HR enquiries

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resource, Business, or any other related disciplines

• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Detail-oriented and take a meticulous approach to work

• Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to deliver accurate work on time
