Allowance: SGD 650 – SGD 1,800 (dependent on level of education)

Role overview:
The primary role of the Health, Safety and Environment Internship (HSE) is to support the HSE department in fostering a safe, healthy work environment and enhancing employee wellbeing.
What you’ll be doing:
- Participating in scheduled and ad-hoc workplace inspections; document findings and assisting with corrective action follow-up
- Updating and maintaining safety records, checklists, permits, registers, training logs, inspection reports, and incident logs
- Supporting the preparation of safety materials, posters, and toolbox talk topics
- Assisting in organising safety drills and training sessions
- Encouraging employee participation in safety initiatives
- Observing and reporting unsafe behaviours or areas for improvement
- Supporting the implementation of local HSE regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
- Communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Preparing meeting minutes for safety committee meetings
Who we’re looking for:
- University students pursuing an Engineering or Safety-related course
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A self-starter who takes initiative and values teamwork
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail
- Must be able to work at the Tukang (Jurong) office
