Duration: January to May/June 2027
Allowance: SGD 650 – SGD 1,800 (dependent on level of education)
Location: Tukang, Singapore

Role overview:

The primary role of the Health, Safety and Environment Internship (HSE) is to support the HSE department in fostering a safe, healthy work environment and enhancing employee wellbeing.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Participating in scheduled and ad-hoc workplace inspections; document findings and assisting with corrective action follow-up
  • Updating and maintaining safety records, checklists, permits, registers, training logs, inspection reports, and incident logs
  • Supporting the preparation of safety materials, posters, and toolbox talk topics
  • Assisting in organising safety drills and training sessions
  • Encouraging employee participation in safety initiatives
  • Observing and reporting unsafe behaviours or areas for improvement
  • Supporting the implementation of local HSE regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
  • Communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Preparing meeting minutes for safety committee meetings

Who we’re looking for:

  • University students pursuing an Engineering or Safety-related course
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and values teamwork
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail
  • Must be able to work at the Tukang (Jurong) office
