About the location:

An iconic hideaway on the glamorous Athens riviera, reborn. On the sophisticated Athens Riviera, at the tip of a pine-clad peninsula, Four Seasons offers the best of both worlds: a laid-back seaside escape just 30 minutes from the historical city centre. Discover the wonders of ancient civilization at the Acropolis, then return to Four Seasons to unwind and relax. Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.

About the Role

As an F&B Service Intern, you will support our Food & Beverage teams in creating exceptional dining experiences. You will gain practical experience across restaurant and outlet operations while developing your knowledge of luxury service standards, guest engagement, dining etiquette, and Four Seasons hospitality.

What You Will Do

• Assist with restaurant, lounge, banquet, and event setup and service.
• Welcome and engage with guests and assist with orders under supervision.
• Serve food and beverages according to Four Seasons standards and service sequences.
• Support opening, operating, and closing procedures, including table setting and resetting.
• Develop knowledge of menus, ingredients, beverages, promotions, and basic pairings.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of dining areas, side stations, and service equipment.
• Collaborate with F&B, Culinary, Stewarding, and Front Office teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic F&B knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, practical training, or part-time F&B experience is an advantage.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, openness to feedback, and professionalism.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

Schedule & Hours

• This is a full-time, fixed-term internship.
• The schedule is based on operational needs and includes 5 working days per week, with 2 days off. Each working day consists of 8.5 hours, in accordance with Greek labour legislation.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.
