This Role

As an Intern in Quality you will play a key role in transforming how data is captured, analyzed, and utilized within the electrical and chemical laboratory. This position focuses on improving reporting efficiency, enabling data-driven decision-making, and building the foundation for digital transformation in the new Distribution Center (DC).

What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)

• Optimize and automate report creation processes to reduce manual effort and shift focus toward actionable insights.

• Develop coding structures for scrap (merma) origin classification, enabling better traceability and root cause analysis.

• Design and implement Power BI dashboards to manage and monitor scrap, including:

  • Performance tracking

  • Root cause analysis

  • Chargeback tracking to plants

• Contribute to the digitalization roadmap for laboratory analysis (electrical & chemical) in the new DC.

• Improve data accessibility and visualization for faster, more informed decision-making.

• Enhance response times and analytical effectiveness in Quality-related topics.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

• Active student in:

  • Systems Engineering / IT

  • Computer Science

  • Mechatronics or related fields

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (mandatory)

• Knowledge of:

  • Data analysis and automation

  • Advanced Excel

  • Basic programming or database logic (preferred)

• Interest in digital transformation and process improvement
