Job Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the planning and execution of brand campaigns across various platforms (digital, print, on-property, etc.). 

• Support the development of brand and marketing materials, including presentations, reports, and creative assets. 

• Help coordinate brand-related events, activations, and internal engagement initiatives. 

• Conduct market and competitor research to support brand strategy and positioning. 

• Assist with internal communications and updates related to brand initiatives. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. 

• Participate in meetings and assist with notetaking, follow-ups, and documentation. 

• Support ad hoc projects such as multi-typology branding initiatives, sustainability campaigns, and branding workshops. 

• Provide support to the team on special projects, annual brand campaigns, and corporate campaigns when required. 

• Support the team on data and analytics brand related projects. 

Job Requirements: 

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or Tourism Management 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and have basic skills in Canva. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage.  

• Familiar with digital and social media platforms. 

• Has strong written and verbal communication skills and is comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders. 

• Enjoys conducting research and presenting findings.  

• Possesses basic knowledge in Design, Photography or Videography. 

• Self-starter individual who is detail-oriented, meticulous, able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately. 

• Basic knowledge in Google Analytics and/or data analysis is a plus. 

• Understanding of hospitality or real estate industry is a plus.
