Job Description

• Provide administrative support to the Project Management team in daily project activities and coordination.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, records, reports, and other administrative files.
• Support project data management and tracking, including updating project trackers, schedules, and status reports.
• Assist Project Managers with coordination and administrative tasks, including meeting arrangements, minutes of meeting, document follow-up, and internal communication.

Requirement:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Diploma degree, preferably in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, Business Management, or a related field, with a preference for final-year students.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Good organizational and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Available to commit to a minimum six-month internship program and willing to be based in East Jakarta.
