Job Summary - Integrations Manager
Essential Functions - Integrations Manager
- Provides strategic oversight and project leadership for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, and other complex business transactions, including due diligence, integration planning, governance, change management, value realization, and execution across the organization.
- Leads assigned programs and projects by coordinating key deliverables, maintaining accurate information, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of required outcomes.
- Oversees delivery of new capabilities by managing complex, cross-functional teams, coordinating interdependencies and risks, and supporting ongoing operations aligned to shared integration objectives.
- Navigates complex integration functions within a matrixed environment while fostering a collaborative, team-oriented culture focused on achieving shared objectives.
- Ensures project teams and workstreams have the information, resources, and stakeholder engagement needed to provide timely updates, address risks and barriers, and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Facilitates cross-functional collaboration and integration of decision-making by engaging appropriate stakeholders, tracking decisions made and in progress, and identifying upcoming decisions requiring attention.
- Partners with leadership to develop, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures, practices, playbooks, tools, templates, and resources that support consistent execution across system initiatives.
- Ensures compliance with established system playbooks and standards, promptly identifying, documenting, and reporting deviations for appropriate review and action.
Qualifications - Integrations Manager
- Required Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred Master's Degree
- 7 years of relevant experience Through broad initiatives, system-wide programs, or projects Required
- Focused on project management or progressive leadership experience Preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, or comparable business transactions Preferred
