About this Integration Manager - LATAM ALign Project role at Air Liquide
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The Integration Manager is a vital collaborative leadership role within the "LATAM ALign” - D&IT PMO team. This role serves as the primary steward of the integrated ERP solution and acts as the essential technical bridge between functional process teams, third-party applications, and global enterprise applications and architecture teams. The objective of this role is to partner across teams to ensure the delivery of a standardized, high-quality, and sustainable technical landscape throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities
2.1 Coordination & Decision Making
Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate process integration points across all internal and external teams, including third-party applications, Enterprise Applications, System Integrators (SI), Enterprise Architecture (EA), and Global Infrastructure Operations (GIO).
Issue Resolution: Build alignment and resolve cross-team issues, Key Design Decisions (KDDs), key project challenges, high-priority testing defects, and hypercare incidents.
Integrated Delivery: Facilitate coordination between technology and functional process teams to ensure technical work is executed in a fully integrated, collaborative manner.
Vendor Integration: Identify the overall application landscape and coordinate with all third parties to define integrations and deliver on Statements of Work (SOWs).
PMO Collaboration: Maintain close coordination with the Project Manager to provide constructive feedback for project plan adjustments.
2.2 Lifecycle Management (Testing, Cutover, Deployment)
Execution Leadership: Guide the strategy, planning, and execution for testing, cutover, and deployment of integrations.
Transport Management: Define and manage the processes for handling transports and changes required for movement to the Production environment during all project phases.
Release Planning: Manage configuration and production strategies, including change control processes and release planning.

Are you a MATCH?
- "Specialist" or "Manager" type profile
- Master's degree in Information Technology or related major, or in Business/Engineering with a strong understanding of the IT environment
- Ideally, 10+ years of professional experience in account management, product/service development, business development, or customer relationship management
- Good financial knowledge
- Strong knowledge of customer business and culture and a supportive, customer-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English
- ERP Expertise: Broad experience supporting and guiding integrated Tier-1 ERP environments, with deep knowledge of FRICEW object delivery.
- Architectural Background: Proven expertise in Enterprise Architecture and integrated business process design.
- System Implementations: Familiarity with project implementation methodologies for large-scale, transformational IT-driven programs
- Lifecycle Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading large-scale technical lifecycles, specifically in the areas of Testing, Cutover, and Deployment.
- Vendor Management: Solid foundation in partnering with third-party vendors and System Integrators (SI).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to foster understanding and drive resolution for complex, cross-functional technical issues and high-priority incidents.
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional coordination skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technology teams and functional process leads in a complex PMO environment.
