Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to understand their business challenges and system requirements. You will provide expert advice on integrating various business and technology solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Your role includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives and customer journeys, while collaborating with stakeholders to design functional and application solutions that meet business needs. You will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring seamless integration and effective implementation of solutions that drive client success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of integration tools and technologies to optimize solution delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise and performance.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of integration milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Experience with data pipeline development and management.
- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and middleware solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data services and platforms.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable data workflows.
- Understanding of data governance and security best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our BDC4C - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
