Integrated Supply Planner – Partnering with Woolworths (role can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney)
Hybrid role, full-time, work shift: 7am-3.30pm
3 days on site, 2 days work from home
The Role
Step into a high-impact role at the heart of Bega Group’s partnership with one of Australia’s leading retailers - Woolworths. We’re looking for an experienced ISP to ensure our iconic, much-loved products are always on shelf and ready for our consumers nationwide.
This is a fast-paced, dynamic role where no two days are the same. You’ll be solving problems in real time, thinking on your feet, and making critical decisions to optimise stock levels and drive outstanding service outcomes.
You’ll have full ownership of your category, working cross-functionally across supply chain, commercial, and customer teams. As a key point of contact for Woolworths, your ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and respond with speed and confidence will set you up for success.
Responsibilities
Drive best-in-class availability across DCs and stores using smart replenishment systems, processes, and communication
Conduct daily root cause analysis to quickly identify and resolve out-of-stocks (OOS), preventing repeat issues
Leverage customer systems and data insights to strengthen data integrity and implement lasting solutions
Achieve days of supply targets through disciplined replenishment and purchasing strategies
Manage product allocation, delivery creation, picking, and order dispatch to ensure seamless operations.
Manage and own NPD critical path within your category.
About you
Experience in replenishment and or supply/demand planning role/s within an FMCG or retail environment
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills and customer-focused
Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
Demonstrated experience with SAP preferred, particularly in supply chain and logistics environments
Resolves complex issues in fast-paced environments to achieve positive outcomes
Holds self-accountable for performance and results, taking initiative to resolve issues and deliver on commitments
Experience leading and coordinating projects preferred
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Advanced in Microsoft Excel, building reports, pivot tables, vlookups is essential
