Job Summary:
We’re looking for a curious and driven Integrated Media Manager to shape media strategies, optimise omnichannel campaigns, and explore new ways to connect technology, data, and partner ecosystems to drive meaningful business impact.

Role: 

• Operationalise and execute integrated media strategies and frameworks to align with client priorities and an Always-On strategy.
• Ensure timely, smooth, and insightful delivery of media planning, measurement, and digital projects.
• Manage relationships (internal and external partners - especially with e-commerce partners Shopee and Lazada) across Digital Partners, Agency Partners, and technology platforms to drive opportunities for seamless integration.
• Manage and execute test-and-learn and experimentation roadmaps for regional execution.
• Uncover data-based insights, drive experiments with marketing teams, and iterate to find winning media strategies.
• Translate complex adtech and martech capabilities into easy-to-understand and insightful recommendations for internal marketing teams and relevant agencies.

You:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience in an agency or brand with a focus on media advertising, strategic campaign planning, and optimisation.
• A keen interest in data-driven marketing and understanding the critical role data plays in campaigns or an always-on strategy.
• Capable of navigating matrix organisations, influencing teams, and collaborating cross-functionally.
• An appreciation of structure, operational clarity and simplicity in everything you do.
• A strong understanding and knowledge of relevant digital media platforms, ad technology, and their data.
• The ability to be self-sufficient, stay motivated and be positive in an often fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills while having a proactive, 'team-sports' attitude.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills

Contract Type: 12 months Fixed Term Contract
