Whether your background is in insurance, automotive, banking, retail, or another sales-driven industry, we'll provide the training and resources to help you apply your skills to insurance.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Develop new business through agency-provided leads, referrals, outbound calls, and networking

• Build rapport with prospective customers and identify their insurance needs

• Present and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products

• Prepare quotes, address objections, and confidently close sales

• Maintain consistent prospect follow-up and manage an active sales pipeline

• Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing customer relationships

• Track sales activity and work toward individual production targets

• Build a referral network and contribute to continued agency growth

• Participate in sales coaching, product training, and ongoing development

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet goals

• Confidence initiating conversations and making outbound calls

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills

• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

• Resilience when handling rejection and overcoming objections

• Organized with consistent follow-through and pipeline management

• Willingness to accept coaching and continuously improve

• Insurance experience and licensing preferred, or willingness to obtain required licenses

• Interest in long-term career growth and increased responsibility
