Job Description: Provides category and consumer insights to enable BOTH in market execution (delivery) and to identify unmet needs and innovation learning plans (Design).

Delivery: Help shape integrated brand plans and execution choices with key customers/channels, in line with Market Fit-for-Use requirements. Leads optimization of key business drivers, in market innovation tracking, and consumer foundations work.

Design: Combines analytics and consumer understanding to identify key business drivers and unmet needs, leads category innovation learning plans, translating insights into upstream innovation concepts, Executes learning plans for key markets.

Job Qualifications

MBA from Tier 1 college.
