Summary
Directs and coordinates the activities of the Inside Sales group in an efficient manner for the desired quality and quantity of work necessary to meet business requirements and customer specifications.What You'll Do
Directs the work of a group of up to 6 employees.
Oversees the day-to-day operations, training and development of staff.
Assigns work, meets completion dates and interprets & ensures consistent application of policies and procedures.
Communicates with subordinates, peers and management.
Manages daily team functions and checks for workflow errors and inconsistencies.
Develops, implements and maintains standard operating procedures, practices and work instructions.
Researches and resolves order processing problems; may be personally responsible for receiving complex or high value orders, or orders from key customers or accounts.
