Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative will focus on engaging with car owners who have expressed interest in XPEL products, converting leads into customers, and ensuring a seamless handoff to our authorized installation partners.

 

Core Duties

  • Contact and engage inbound leads generated through social media, digital marketing campaigns, and other XPEL lead-generation activities.
  • Qualify customer requirements, including vehicle type, protection needs, timelines, and budget.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of XPEL Paint Protection Film (PPF), ceramic coatings, and other XPEL solutions.
  • Recommend appropriate XPEL products based on customer requirements.
  • Provide pricing information and address customer questions and objections in a professional manner.
  • Follow up consistently with prospective customers to maximize conversion rates.
  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed installation appointments.
  • Coordinate with authorized XPEL installation partners to ensure timely scheduling and customer handoff.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities within CRM systems.
  • Monitor lead status and ensure timely follow-up on all assigned opportunities.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to improve lead conversion performance.
  • Provide feedback regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitive activity.
  • Deliver a premium brand experience that reflects XPEL's market-leading position.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field preferred/equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of inside sales, telesales, customer sales, or automotive sales experience.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and conversion goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Experience using CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

Desired Qualifications

  • Automotive industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
