The Role

Your role
Step into the engine room of enterprise technology, where every decision you make can shape how a customer’s systems perform today - and scale for tomorrow. You’ll dive deep into complex infrastructure environments, solving challenging technical problems, designing seamless integrations and ensuring systems run reliably at every level. Your expertise across networks, endpoints and mainframes, paired with a knack for logical problem-solving and clear documentation, will guide projects from concept to execution. Your solutions will make a real impact that customers notice and remember.

In this role, you’ll balance hands-on delivery with long-term strategic planning. From analyzing issues and testing solutions to automating processes and integrating across platforms, your work will touch every layer of IT infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with Architects, Technicians and Project Managers, gaining broad exposure and continuous opportunities to grow your skills and influence.

What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues across servers, networks, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Design and deliver end-to-end infrastructure solutions, ensuring seamless integration across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
• Automate workflows, operational processes, and deployment activities to improve efficiency, reliability, consistency, and scalability.
• Proactively assess risks, troubleshoot potential issues, and implement preventive measures to minimize service disruptions.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to drive successful project delivery and operational excellence.
• Communicate technical recommendations, solution designs, and project updates clearly to customers and business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architectures, procedures, and best practices, to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
• Continuously expand expertise in cloud technologies, enterprise infrastructure, and emerging technologies while pursuing certifications and advancing toward senior technical leadership roles.

Required skills and experience

•Deep expertise within specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
•Enterprise IT application experience
•Hands-on experience in at least one of the following: software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture in public cloud AWS domain
•In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating System

Preferred skills and experience

•Familiar with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures
•Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
•Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
•Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
