Overview
The Identity Access Management team is looking for a Senior Information Security Operations Analyst to join the identity Access Management services expansion, identify ways to leverage the access data to answer important business questions. This would include automating access and streamlining processes - truly understanding end to end provisioning of access across enterprise platforms, and innovating techniques to use and communicate data in new and more effective ways to influencing how access should be granted to users. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. You must be a team player with a positive attitude who is enthusiastic about bringing a vision of the future to life.

In This Role, You Will:
• Supports internal efforts and enhancements of existing Identity Access Management system.
• Identifies automation opportunities to deliver smarter and easier identity access management services to support “access as an enabler” strategy.
• Implement identity solutions to integrate users and applications from mergers and acquisitions.
• Implement security controls for human and non-human identities.
• Envision how Mastercard will continue modernizing Identity and Access Management in the cloud.
• Ensure that access is appropriately handled during identity lifecycle events (e.g., Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
• Improve procedures and feature sets for Identity and Access Management in the cloud.
• Provide technical design and architecture advice to internal teams on leveraging cloud IAM services.
• Plan and build out access reviews for cloud environments, ensuring compliance and minimizing friction.
• Promote these services across the enterprise and foster enthusiasm for modern Identity governance.
• Review project documentation, maintain technical documents, and business requirements.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and provide technical guidance to junior resources.
• Understand security policies, industry best practices, and compliance requirements.

All About You

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in Information Security roles, with a strong foundation in security engineering, risk management, and control remediation.
• Working knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks, including PCI DSS, GLBA, and SOX.
• Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, processes, and technologies.
• Proven ability to develop and execute project plans for complex initiatives, effectively prioritizing multiple workstreams and deliverables.
• Experience leading medium-sized projects and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on Information Security Engineering experience, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and remediation activities.
• Experience driving continuous improvements to cloud-based IAM processes through data-driven metrics, monitoring, and stakeholder feedback.
• Knowledge of security audits, controls validation, governance practices, and compliance assessments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage technical and non-technical audiences.
