About the Role:
We are looking for an Information Security Lead to support the secure adoption and scaling of Artificial Intelligence within the Financial Services industry.
This professional will serve as the security lead for AI initiatives, ensuring that AI solutions are designed, developed, and deployed in accordance with information security principles, regulatory requirements, and enterprise governance standards.
Working closely with Architecture, Engineering, Data, AI, Cloud, and Business teams, this role will be responsible for defining security and governance guidelines, assessing implementation risks, and enabling the adoption of AI solutions in a secure, compliant, and scalable manner.
What you will be doing: Key responsibilities
- Act as the Information Security lead for AI initiatives.
- Define security requirements, governance guidelines, and best practices for AI solutions.
- Assess security risks associated with AI platforms, applications, and data usage.
- Ensure AI implementations comply with regulatory requirements, internal security policies, and enterprise governance standards.
- Review solution architectures and recommend secure design principles for AI applications.
- Partner with Architecture, Engineering, Data, AI, Cloud, and Business teams to enable secure AI adoption.
- Support technical risk assessments, architecture reviews, and security governance throughout the AI solution lifecycle.
- Balance innovation, business objectives, and security requirements within highly regulated environments.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Information Security.
- Proven experience within the Financial Services or Banking industry.
- Strong background in security architecture, governance, and secure solution design.
- Experience defining security policies and governance practices for enterprise technology initiatives.
- Solid understanding of cloud security, identity and access management, application security, and data protection.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI technologies, including their security and governance challenges.
- Experience working in highly regulated environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI governance and AI risk management.
- Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP).
- Experience working with multidisciplinary technology teams.
