This role serves as a central point of coordination, helping complex opportunities move to the right people, decisions and next steps.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and coordinate an ongoing multidisciplinary program aligned with organizational mission and strategy.
  • Serve as a central contact for faculty, internal teams, industry partners and consultants; triage requests and connect projects with the appropriate resources.
  • Organize governance meetings, build agendas, coordinate participants and materials, document decisions, and drive follow-up actions.
  • Build effective working relationships across Strategy, research, CCRF, Innovation Ventures, legal and other hospital areas.
  • Support the integration of activities inside and outside the organization and help create practical processes for stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement improvements that make program operations, communication and handoffs more effective.
  • Support program and financial maturation through needs assessment, resource coordination and collaboration with leadership.
  • Work independently on difficult, complex assignments with minimal guidance; may train or lead others as the program grows.

What Will Help You Be Successful

  • Clear, adaptable communication with senior leaders, faculty, technical partners and external organizations.
  • Strong organization, follow-through and judgment when priorities or ownership are not immediately clear.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary projects or programs across groups with different goals and perspectives.
  • Ability to build consensus, manage stakeholder expectations and move decisions into action.
  • Learning agility and comfort developing working knowledge of research, clinical trials, technology transfer and related operational areas.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 7+ years of work experience in a related job discipline OR master’s degree and 3-5 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading cross-functional programs with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Exposure to research operations, clinical trials, research budgets or templates.
  • Exposure to industry partnerships, technology transfer, commercialization pathways or consulting relationships.
