About this Industrial System Engineer - Modelling & Simulation (m/w/d) role at Airbus
Job Description:
Als Industrial System Engineer – Modelling & Simulation (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entwicklung, Implementierung und Pflege von Modellen und Simulationen zur Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen und -systemen in der Flugzeugstrukturfertigung.
Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Entwicklung und Validierung von Simulationsmodellen für industrielle Prozesse (z.B. Materialfluss, Ressourcenplanung, Montageabläufe)
- Durchführung von Sensitivitätsanalysen und Szenarienbewertungen (zur Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen
- Implementierung und Anpassung von Simulationssoftware und -tools
- Analyse von Produktionsdaten und Ableitung von Erkenntnissen zur Verbesserung der Systemleistung
- Anwendung von Product Process Ressource (PPR)
- Erstellung von 3D-Line Layout / Industrial Mockups
- Virtuelle Inbetriebnahme
- Zusammenarbeit in multidisziplinären Teams (z.B. Produktion, IT, Forschung und Entwicklung) zur Integration von Simulationsergebnissen in die operative Planung
- Dokumentation von Modellen, Simulationen und Ergebnissen
- Präsentation von Ergebnissen und Empfehlungen an interne Stakeholder
- Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung von Modelling & Simulation-Methoden und -Tools innerhalb des Unternehmens
Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Informatik, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Studiengang oder auf anderem Wege erlangte vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Anwendung von Simulationsmodellen für industrielle Prozesse, vorzugsweise in der Fertigungsindustrie
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Simulationssoftware (z.B. Plant Simulation, AnyLogic oder vergleichbare Tools)
- Programmierkenntnisse (z.B. Python, C++, Java) sind von Vorteil
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung und Anpassung an neue Technologien
