Job Description:

Purpose

• Understand the internal rules and the way required for own career development
• Acquire skills through support for the following activities within the team
• Acquisition of customers by distributors through proposals in line with sales strategy
• Consulting on sales of lubricants by major distributors
• Expansion of own OEM business and gathering related information
• Training of lubricant sales in distributors
• Achievement of own master plan target

Accountabilities

• Acquisition of internal rules, including HSSE and E&C
• Acquisition of business manners
• Acquiring knowledge and skills through active participation in training opportunities
• Acquisition of skills through OJT with team members
• Actively participate in team discussions on Koujun-kai activities
• Enhance communication capabilities, including both inside and outside the company
• Business Management to achieve Master Plan target

  • Applies a proven understanding of the assigned part of the administration and systems, to provide administrative support in handling queries, more specific data support and or standard/specific information handling.
  • Handles basic and repetitive activities or moderately complex tasks. Deals with issues/questions of relatively low complexity, checks correctness of data and adjusts with limited number of sources of information within business supported.
  • Works within standardized work instructions and routines, work is closely supervised by manager; complex items are handed over to a senior colleague. Works under supervision of a senior colleague or own manager.
  • Requires courtesy, tact and effectiveness in providing and obtaining information. To some extent will also need to use persuasion, in order to obtain and understand the background of information.
