Responsibilities:

• Act as a backup to the US administrator.
• Support expanding the same intake and workflow process to the Aberdeen office.
• Provide broader administrative and coordination support to the Legal team across regions
• Manage and support the intake process for legal requests.
• Track timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Monitor incoming workload and help balance distribution across attorneys.
• Maintain and circulate legal documentation.
• Facilitate document reviews, signatures, etc
• Ensure compliance with defined processes and follow up where required.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to attorneys and teams in the US & Aberdeen.

Requirements:

• Reliable and highly accountable.
• Comfortable managing administrative responsibilities with ownership.
• Assertive and confident in ensuring adherence to processes and timelines.
• Able to develop strong judgment over time in routing work and understanding attorney workloads.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Capable of demonstrating discernment in decision-making and prioritization.
• Willingness to occasionally push back constructively based on workload and priorities.

Experience

• Prior experience in legal administration is preferred.
• Strong administrative or coordination experience is also acceptable.
• Training and ongoing support will be provided.
