In-Home Hospice & Euthanasia Veterinarian — Pearland & Friendswood, Texas.
Heartstrings Pet Hospice is hiring Full-Time in-home hospice and euthanasia veterinarians to serve pet families across Metropolitan Pearland & Friendswood, Texas. $110,000–$140,000, you set your own schedule, and there is NO Non-Compete agreement.

Requirements
What you need
- DVM, VMD, BVMS, or equivalent degree from an accredited or otherwise qualifying program
- Active Pennsylvania veterinary license, or eligibility to obtain one
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel between appointments
- Comfort working independently in the field
- Empathetic, clear communication during end-of-life conversations
- Availability for rotational weekend scheduling
- Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted and assist with up to 100 lbs, with reasonable accommodation
- Successful background and motor vehicle record check after hire

Is there a non-compete? No. Heartstrings does not use veterinarian non-compete agreements of any kind.
Do I set my own schedule? Yes. Scheduling is self-managed, with rotational weekend coverage.
Where would I work? In pet families' homes across Metropolitan Pittsburgh and Washington, Pennsylvania — no clinic, no waiting room.
Do I need prior hospice experience? No. GP and ER veterinarians transition into this work successfully, and you'll be supported by our veterinary medical team.
