Job Description: Demand Creator  

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with cross-regional teams across EMEA, NA, LATAM, and APAC.
• Create and manage pre-sales projects within internal systems.
• Collaborate closely with Operations Leads, Delivery Partners, Opportunity Owners, and Project Managers to ensure accurate project setup and timely updates.
• Develop initial work plans using the Deal Designer tool and maintain them based on ongoing updates.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure the resource plan is accurate and reflect changes in the PSA tool.
• Identify and resolve synchronization issues across multiple internal tools.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project start dates and stage progression.
• Monitor overall project health and provide regular status updates.
• Update and maintain budgets for all billable projects.
• Work with Project Managers to support project closure processes and profitability tracking.
• Generate and share timely reports with key stakeholders as required.
• Remain flexible and responsive to urgent project or operational needs.
• Ensure all daily tasks and updates are completed within the same business day.
