  • Collaborate in hiring and onboarding of new joiners

  • Drive knowledge-sharing culture across the team

  • What you'll bring

  •  3+ years of experience in technical support, solution engineering, integration, or similar fields
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously during US business hours (remote), effectively troubleshooting and solving complex issues with minimal supervision.

  • Client-facing experience with strong communication skills for cross-functional and external stakeholder management.

  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP protocols, webhooks, and authentication standards (e.g., JWT, request signing).

  • Hands-on debugging skills using tools like Postman, SQL, and log management platforms (e.g., Kibana, HyperDX).

  • Experience supporting payment systems or fintech merchants (highly preferred).

  • Strong project management and coordination skills across multi-time-zone projects.

  • Fluency in English with comfort working in multicultural, cross-regional environments.
