About the Role
Litify is built on the Salesforce platform, and we are looking for a Salesforce Configuration Specialist to join our Services team.
In this role, you will own configuration of the Litify platform during client implementation. Working alongside Project Managers and Solution Architects, you will build scalable solutions that ensure smooth, timely project implementations for our clients.
In this role, you will:
- Own the Technical Build: Translate client requirements into scalable solutions while following Litify and Salesforce best practices.
- Support Client Engagements: Collaborate with Project Managers and Solution Architects on client calls, participating in discovery and technical discussions without having to lead every meeting.
- Execute Full Build Cycles: Partner within cross-functional project teams to design, configure, test, and deploy declarative Salesforce solutions and platform extensions.
- Present Technical Solutions: Demo completed builds to internal team members and client stakeholders to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
- Continuously Improve: Document discovery findings, identify configuration best practices, and share knowledge across the broader Services team to elevate delivery quality.
We require:
- 1–5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Consultant.
- Automation Expertise: Advanced proficiency with Salesforce Flow (Record-Triggered Flows, loops, collection variables, subflows, and custom UI components).
- Declarative Development: Proven ability to build custom objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning Web Page assignments, dynamic forms, and record types.
- Data Management: Hands-on experience migrating, cleansing, and mapping complex relational data using tools like Apex Data Loader.
- Security & Access: Deep knowledge of profiles, permission sets, permission set groups, roles, and sharing rules.
- Client & Project Skills: Comfortable leading client-facing technical demos, gathering requirements, and collaborating with Project Managers in an Agile environment.
- Multitasking & Prioritization: Proven ability to manage competing priorities, balance build deliverables across 2–4 simultaneous projects, and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations and detailed test steps.
Nice to have:
- Exposure to the legal industry and technology in law firms
- Salesforce certifications such as ADM-201 or DEV-401
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
Disclosure:
The estimated pay range for this role is $90,000-100,000. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits.
