The Process and System Excellence Leader is accountable for simplifying and optimizing IGTD’s backbone capabilities across data, processes, organization, people and technology to enable execution of the global business strategy. The leader drives measurable impact and sustainable value creation through close partnership with IGTD management team, alignment of global business transformation initiatives, prioritization and application of AI, and disciplined execution of the global non-product portfolio.

Your role:

• Establish, manage and govern the annual AOP project schedule, resourcing, and budget; execute the portfolio of non-product projects and continuous improvement initiatives in line with the SPoR and business priorities.

• Partner closely with the business leadership team, their direct reports, Philips central functions and Centers of Excellence to deliver sustainable business capabilities that create value and enable new business models.

• Act as a trusted advisor to BU leaders on end-to-end backbone capability improvements, transformation priorities and execution effectiveness.

• Define, prioritize and execute AI-enabled transformation of end-to-end processes, using data-driven insights, automation and intelligent workflow capabilities to improve speed, quality, productivity and decision-making.

• Represent the needs of the business in IT systems and backbone capability decisions, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable, data-enabled and AI-ready solutions.

• You coach and develop the Process & System Excellence team, driving high performance, a culture of continuous improvement, and AI fluency.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

• You have 10+ years of international experience in complex matrixed organizations and experience preferably in the medical device business.

• 8+ years of experience leading diverse teams in different countries and regions with proven people management skills.

• You have a broad global business acumen, worked in multiple business functions, have a strategic mindset and can translate strategy and business challenges into actionable roadmaps and quantifiable business cases.

• You have experience in portfolio management and managing transformational projects and driving execution and value realization.

• You have experience building business capabilities, including IT platforms, AI and data foundations, that create measurable business impact. You have demonstrated the ability to adopt emerging technologies and can articulate a practical plan to use AI, automation and advanced analytics to transform ways of working and deliver increased productivity for the business.

• You have strong strategic and analytical skills, can get to the essence of complex problems and are able to quantify the improvement opportunities.

• You communicate effectively and collaborate comfortably with executive level leadership, enterprise functions and other business and markets.

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or an equivalent field.

• Ability to work in international multicultural organization across many time zones.

  pragmatic next steps.

• Ability to succeed Strategy Execution Leader and serve on MT.

Compensation & benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is EUR 93,049.00 - EUR 155,081.00. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. 

This role is eligible for 6% short term incentive with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
