We are seeking a Senior Identity & Access Governance (IAG) Analyst to join our team and help advance Micron's IAG strategy and transformation initiatives. This role collaborates with security, architecture, engineering, and business functions. It serves as a trusted advisor and translates complex identity, access, and governance requirements into practical capabilities and strategic solutions.
The role will lead pathfinding activities, support product and technology evaluations, develop arguments, and enable architecture decisions that build Micron's long-term IAG roadmap. This includes exploring emerging identity security trends, AI-enabled capabilities, and future-state governance models to ensure scalable, secure, and business-aligned outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with multi-functional collaborators to gather identity, access, governance, security, compliance, and business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Lead discovery and analysis efforts, evaluating emerging identity technologies, industry trends, vendor capabilities, and regulatory requirements.
- Support IAM strategy for AI-enabled and emerging technologies by assessing governance, risks, opportunities, and business use cases.
- Evaluate IAM products and capabilities for business value, functional fit, integration needs, implementation complexity, and enterprise alignment.
- Document IAM capabilities, data flows, integrations, dependencies, ownership models, and opportunities for simplification and reuse.
- Define user-centered requirements that balance security, compliance, scalability, operational support, and user experience.
- Manage and prioritize the IAM backlog, standards, and documentation to align with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Present recommendations, roadmaps, and cases while building positive relationships across architecture, engineering, security, product, and business teams to drive successful delivery.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a related field, or a Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 10-15 years of technology experience, including 4-5+ years in IAM/IAG, business analysis, product management, or strategy; SailPoint or similar IGA platform experience required.
- Strong expertise in identity governance, access management, authentication, authorization, RBAC, privileged access, federation, identity lifecycle management, and related cybersecurity domains.
- Demonstrable ability to evaluate IAM technologies, analyze complex ecosystems, conduct market and vendor assessments, and develop arguments, recommendations, and strategic roadmaps.
- Excellent analytical, communication, collaborator management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently, influence decisions, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced global environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in evaluating and shaping emerging identity capabilities, including AI agents, agentic systems, non-human identities (NHIs), machine identity governance, and associated security, risk, and compliance considerations.
- Experience developing identity strategies for AI-enabled applications, agentic workflows, and digital workforce initiatives.
- Good background with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), IdentityIQ, and enterprise-scale identity modernization programs.
- Demonstrable ability to partner with architecture teams to assess solutions, define target-state capabilities, and build strategic technology roadmaps.
- Experience working in Agile environments with tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps, collaborating across global, multi-functional partners in complex enterprise organizations.
