The Opportunity   

Join PwC as a Senior Associate in Identity and Access Management, where you will focus on ensuring secure and efficient access to systems and data for both employees and clients. Your role will involve designing and implementing strategies to protect sensitive information and manage user identities, contributing to the safeguarding of organisations from cyber threats. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying vulnerabilities and developing secure systems, while building meaningful client connections and navigating complex situations. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.   

Your Responsibilities   

- Design and implement access control models to protect sensitive information   

- Manage user identities and ensure efficient access to systems and data   

- Develop strategies for identity verification and governance   

- Collaborate with clients to understand their access management needs   

- Interpret data to inform insights and recommendations   

- Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards   

- Utilise critical thinking to break down complex concepts   

- Respond effectively to diverse perspectives and needs   

- Use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas   

- Embrace change and adapt to evolving business contexts   

What You Bring  

- High School Diploma   

- 2+ years of professional experience in identity and access management or related field   

- Knowledge of access control models and information security   

- Ability to accept feedback and apply it constructively   

- Strong analytical thinking and technical documentation skills   

- Effective communication and active listening abilities   

- Intellectual curiosity and learning agility   

What Sets You Apart   

- Familiarity with cloud identity and access management systems   

- Experience with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Active Directory   

- Understanding of encryption technologies and cybersecurity principles   

- Knowledge of privileged access management and role-based access control   

- Awareness of IT governance and risk management practices   

- Ability to collaborate with AI and digital tooling
