As an Identity & Access Management - Senior Manager, you will focus on confirming secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and clients. Your work will involve designing and implementing strategies to protect sensitive information and manage user identities. Within our Cybersecurity practice, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams contributes to the success of our firm.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story. You will apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities, validate outcomes with clients, and act on feedback. Directing teams through complexity, you will demonstrate composure in ambiguous situations. You will initiate open coaching conversations at all levels and make decisions to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness. Your commitment to maintaining professional and technical standards will be key in driving operational excellence and achieving project success.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing secure identity and access management strategies to protect sensitive information
- Leading teams in the development and deployment of authorization management systems and access control models
- Utilizing Azure Active Directory and CyberArk Management to enhance identity verification processes
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify vulnerabilities and develop proactive solutions for cybersecurity threats
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within IT governance frameworks
- Directing the team through complex situations, demonstrating composure and strategic questioning
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to improve service excellence
- Initiating coaching conversations to foster inclusion and teamwork within diverse teams
- Developing technical documentation and system requirements specifications for identity governance frameworks
- Promoting the use of encryption technologies and federated identity management to safeguard data integrity
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more certifications aligned to identity governance and access management, including CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, or equivalent IAM credentials
- Demonstrating advanced skills in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
- Utilizing Azure Active Directory and CyberArk Management for enhanced security
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities
- Leading teams through complex cybersecurity challenges with composure
- Excelling in crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages
