Human Resources Specialist

Seeking a self-driven professional who can independently drive tasks forward while building strong partnerships and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Administerate new employee on-boarding and orientation, and provide HR policy and procedure guidance to employees.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local labor law and compliance requirements.
• Respond to human resources-related inquiries from employees
• Payroll and time and attendance management on time.
• Create and distribute internal communications regarding any HR related matters
• Develop and maintain talent management processes.
• Support effective recruitment strategies.
• Identify future staffing needs and analyze organizational and cost impact
• Maintain employee personnel records. (workday, payroll system, time and attendance system)
• Provide support for local and global HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys, training programs, and company events
• Coordinate the union meeting and build productive relationship with them

Qualifications/Skills:

• Demonstrated knowledge of the human resources field
• Understanding of working rules, and local regulations
• Understanding of personnel and compliance records management
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Strong interpersonal savvy to work with people in different function, position, culture and background.

• English communication skills

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferrable
• Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook)

• Self-motivated person who can work independently and drive tasks forward, but strong team player.
