HR Operations Assistantは、人事オペレーション業務全般をサポートいただくポジションです。主に給与計算ベンダーとの連携、社会保険手続き、従業員データ管理など、人事管理業務の円滑な運営を担っていただきます。
人事部門の一員として、従業員や社内関係者へのサポートを行いながら、正確かつ効率的なオペレーションを推進していただきます。

Job Description

主な業務内容

• 給与計算ベンダーとの連携および給与関連データの管理
• 社会保険・雇用保険に関する各種手続き
• 入社・退社・異動に伴う人事手続き
• 従業員情報の管理およびシステムへのデータ入力
• 各種人事関連書類の作成・管理
• 従業員からの問い合わせ対応
• その他、人事部門における事務・アドミニストレーション業務

必須応募要件

• 給与計算、人事労務、人事オペレーションのいずれかの実務経験
• Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、Outlook）の基本スキル
• 正確性を重視しながら事務処理を行える方
• 週1回程度、日野オフィスへの出社が可能な方

歓迎応募要件

• 給与計算アウトソーシング会社（Payroll Vendor）での実務経験
• 企業における給与計算担当経験
• 社会保険・雇用保険手続きの実務経験
• Workday、SAP等の人事システム利用経験
• 英語でのメール対応経験
