Job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management as required.
- Support organizational change and drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and equal opportunity.
- Advise management on HR best practices and legal compliance.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental goals.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR management software.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
