If you are 3rd year or 4th year university student interested in HR profession and want to learn and develop yourself; this is the opportunity for you!
We are looking for an HR intern who will be willing to join us for long-term assignments on a part-time basis (at least 10-11 months) and support our HR Team in the management of daily processes & projects.
This is a paid internship position.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic HR projects
- Assist in day-to-day operational HR activities
- Assist in HR systems
- Support to employees in various HR-related topics to resolve any issues that may arise
Qualifications
- Being a 3rd or 4th-year university, or master's degree student in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering or similar fields
- Fluent in Turkish and excellent command of English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Result-oriented and eager to learn
- Good and effective communication skills
- Proactive and team player
- Interested in the HR field
- Open to work from the office in line with the university course schedule (Location: Ankara, Çankaya- Çayyolu).
