About the Role

As an HR Intern at FlyAkeed, you will support the HR team in managing day-to-day human resources operations and administrative activities. You will gain hands-on experience in employee records management, onboarding, HR documentation, and HR processes while helping ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in preparing HR documents, employment letters, contracts, and other employee-related documentation.
• Support attendance, leave, and employee information tracking.
• Help maintain and organize employee files and HR documentation.
• Assist with coordinating employee requests and responding to general HR inquiries.
• Support the implementation and improvement of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
• Assist with preparing HR reports and tracking employee-related data.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR operations and human resources management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Previous internship experience in HR or administration is a plus.
