We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for someone pursuing a career in HR to gain hands-on experience across recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (HRIS)
• Help organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and events
• Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and documentation
• Support payroll and attendance tracking as needed
• Respond to basic employee queries and escalate when required
• Assist with policy documentation and compliance-related tasks
• Support any ad-hoc HR projects assigned by the team

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
