Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Support employee relations and engagement initiatives while providing timely and effective HR services to employees and managers.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR operational standards, while maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Participate in and support departmental meetings, projects, and cross-functional activities, including meeting coordination, preparation of HR-related materials, and follow-up on action items.
• Support employee engagement and company culture initiatives, including annual events, employee activities, recognition programs, town halls, and internal communications.
• Coordinate learning and development activities, including training logistics, vendor coordination, training records management, and effectiveness evaluation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of HR experience with hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Good knowledge of local labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems (e.g., Workday); strong English and Mandarin communication skills are preferred.
