About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive candidate to join EBC Tech Limited on a full-time basis. Based in Admiralty, Central and Western District, you will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management. This is a pivotal role that ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the executive office, enabling key stakeholders to focus on strategic priorities. Your contribution will be essential in maintaining the efficiency and professionalism of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Organizational Mechanism Design: Organizational structure, reporting lines, job responsibilities, authorization matrix, and decision-making mechanisms to address "who is responsible, who makes the decision, and who bears the consequences."
• Performance System Design: Company-level KPIs → Departmental KPIs → Individual KPIs; designing different performance systems for sales, management, and functional departments.
• Compensation and Incentive Design: Fixed salary, performance-based salary, bonuses, commission, long-term incentives, and promotion/salary increase mechanisms to avoid loopholes and reverse incentives.
• Efficiency Improvement: Reviewing meetings, approvals, reporting, cross-departmental collaboration, and workflows to reduce redundant work and bureaucracy.
• Talent Mechanism: Job level system, promotion/demotion, Top Performer identification, low-performance elimination, and manager evaluation.
• Management System: Establishing monthly/quarterly operational reviews, OKRs/KPIs, scorecards, accountability, and debriefing mechanisms.
• Organizational Culture and Behavioral Incentives: Not just "employee activities," but using systems to reward correct behavior and penalize incorrect behavior
• CEO Organizational Consultant: From the CEO's perspective, we can determine "why this department is inefficient", "what is the problem with this manager", "is the organization too large", and "have bonuses actually boosted company profits".

Requirements

• Degree holder with 5+ years of working experience in human resources/strategy or other related subjects.
• Possess strong business acumen, take the initiative to quickly grasp the core needs of the business and translate them into HR actionable strategies.
• Hands-on experience in HR process optimization, project implementation, department/company transformation, with a track record of driving measurable improvements.
• Strong communication, motivation, influencing, and stakeholders management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel aboard
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese; fluent Mandarin is a must.
