Hosts new hire orientation and trains new hires on HR topics. Coordinates new hire paperwork and responds to questions regarding orientation, next steps, PDO, and basic insurance eligibility. Ensures all necessary checks are performed for new associates before they start work or go to their departments. Completes, tracks, and maintains I-9 information for employees and completes EVerify for new hires. Maintains and verifies licensure and certification databases for the organization, ensuring all are current and verified prior to hire and/or expiration. Runs and distributes HRIS reports as requested. Prepares employee ID badges and troubleshoots related issues. Provides customer service to associates, answering questions and assisting with My Hub. Provides project and event support, including awards banquets, benefits open enrollment, social committee activities, and report distribution. Assures weekly scanning and/or filing of documents. Answers the HR general phone line and handles confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Provides project and clerical support for Human Resources and actively participates on assigned committees. Performs other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) [Required]
• Working knowledge of or aptitude to learn human resources disciplines applicable for assigned duties [Required]

Work Experience:
• 2+ human resources or related office/secretarial work experience [Required]

Pay Range:
$18.87 - $30.19Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
