Key Responsibilities
- Assist with executive search assignments by researching talent, identifying suitable candidates and conducting outreach.
- Source, screen and shortlist applicants for frontline, operational and blue-collar positions.
- Arrange interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups.
- Support the planning and coordination of career fairs, recruitment drives and hiring events, typically once or twice per quarter.
- Draft and publish job advertisements across recruitment platforms and monitor incoming applications.
- Keep candidate databases, recruitment trackers and hiring records accurate and up to date.
- Prepare onboarding paperwork and coordinate pre-employment documentation.
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support and assist with other recruitment activities as required.

Requirements
- NITEC qualification or above.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Organised and attentive to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable interacting with candidates in person and assisting at recruitment events.
- Eager to learn and pursue a career in Human Resources, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
