As an HR Admin– Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and handling day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management. This includes activities such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be a primary HR point of contact, resolving, escalating, or routing inquiries in line with HR protocols. You will be part of a team of problem solvers that help address complex business issues from strategy to execution. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. This opportunity allows you to deepen your understanding of the business context and contribute to the smooth operation of HR processes and systems.
Responsibilities
- Managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration
- Coordinating benefits administration and absence management to support workforce needs
- Handling employee inquiries and issues, providing resolution or escalation as needed
- Maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations through accurate record-keeping
- Utilizing HR software and digital tools to streamline HR operations and service delivery
- Collaborating with teams to improve HR processes and enhance employee engagement strategies
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform HR metrics and recommendations
- Supporting human resources management by upholding professional and technical standards
- Facilitating employee relations and terminations in line with HR policies and protocols
- Embracing change and fostering AI-human collaboration to drive innovation in HR practices
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field
- Demonstrating proficiency in Human Resources Management (HRM) and HR Software
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights
- Excelling in employee engagement strategies and stakeholder communications
