As an HR Admin– Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and handling day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management. This includes activities such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Within our People Operations practice, you will be a primary HR point of contact, resolving and escalating inquiries in line with HR protocols. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will support HR processes and systems to efficiently aid our workforce. You will be part of a team of problem solvers, helping to address complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities

- Managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration
- Coordinating benefits administration and absence management to support workforce needs
- Handling employee inquiries and issues, providing resolutions or escalating as necessary
- Maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations through accurate employee record-keeping
- Utilizing HR software and digital tools to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency
- Collaborating with teams to enhance employee engagement strategies and HR service delivery
- Analyzing HR metrics to inform decision-making and optimize HR processes
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Facilitating employee terminations and managing employee relations with confidentiality and sensitivity
- Engaging in continuous learning to adapt to changes in HR practices and technologies

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field
- Demonstrating proficiency in HR Software and Employee Data Management
