As an HR Admin–Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and operational tasks related to employee management. This includes overseeing employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. You will be the primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and issues while supporting HR processes and systems to efficiently aid our workforce. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on all areas of Human Resources and business execution, handling HR-related transactions and administrative activities. You will be part of a team of problem solvers, addressing complex business issues from strategy to execution. Within our Managed Services practice, you will embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery, encouraging others to do the same. You will analyze and identify system interactions, take ownership of projects, and develop skills outside your comfort zone, fostering growth and development within your team.
Responsibilities
- Managing the employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration
- Coordinating staff and resources to support HR operations and service delivery
- Utilizing HR software and digital tools to streamline employee data management and record-keeping
- Implementing compliance with labor laws and regulations in HR practices
- Addressing employee inquiries and issues, providing resolutions or escalating as needed
- Developing employee engagement strategies to enhance workforce satisfaction and productivity
- Leading process improvement initiatives to optimize HR operations
- Mentoring team members to develop skills and enhance performance
- Collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Facilitating strategic questioning and stakeholder communications to drive HR initiatives forward
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field
