职位描述：

1.通过电话或Social平台形式为韩国客户提供专业的远程技术支持服务。

2.按照流程给客户提供解决方案，并在系统上记录完整正确信息。

3.对于特殊案例及时升级，并与其他团队合作解决客户问题。

4.在规定时间内以最高质量，保证最终用户的需求得到响应与满足，积极关注客户体验并确保客户满意度。

职位要求：

1.2027应届毕业生，专业不限。

2.韩语精通（母语水平），语音语调标准，敬语使用熟练。

3.熟练掌握办公软件以及网络操作环境。

4.以客户为中心，能承受工作压力。

5.工作主动积极，有良好的组织协调及沟通能力，敬业精神和团队协作能力，有优秀的客户服务意识，有较强的责任心和进取心。
