About this Housekeeper - Southold, NY role at Cornell University
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years of age to comply with NYS Department of Labor regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and able to pass DMV screen.
- Able to lift 25 pounds unassisted, climb and work from ladders, and be comfortable with heights.
- Able to work weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two or more years of related work experience.
- Experience and skill in a trade such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.
- Able to operate a variety of vehicles including tractors, ladders, equipment and hand and power tools.
- Willingness to support off-hour facilities-related emergencies during the week and weekends.
POSITION DETAILS:
Pay Rate: $22.00 - 26.50 per Hour (20+ Hours)
Benefits: Health Benefits ONLY
Date Position Available: March 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026
No relocation or VISA Sponsorship available.
