Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has a full time position (35-40 hours) in our Health Information Department for an Administrative Assistant.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

• Process release of information requests for Floyd Valley Healthcare and Floyd Valley Clinics
• Submit death and birth certificate information
• Scan hospital and clinic documentation
• Process incomplete ambulatory orders
• Transfer external documents from the fax queue to chart

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mandatory Reporter training certificate a plus; certification is required within six months of employment.
